Managing your "empty" seats

Because we cannot always be at every championship match. Because sometimes things come up at the last minute. Because sometimes we want to invite someone else to come with us to watch an event. For all these reasons, today SecuTix is launching a new feature to manage «empty» seats.

Two steps have been introduced to make transferring tickets within a season ticket easier.

Reselling seats from a season ticket

Increase your number of season ticket holders by offering them a new service. Allow them to resell their seats on your resale platform, if they can’t attend an event. That way, your customers may be less hesitant to buy a season ticket and your venues will have fewer gaps in the stands. It is a win-win solution.

Seats from season tickets can be resold in the same way as single entry tickets. There is a guide that explains how to resell subscription seats.

 

Changing the ticket support of a ticket from a season ticket in the Ticketshop

A new service for your season ticket holders!

You can allow your season ticket holders to give a ticket to someone else, if they can’t attend an event. Currently, when an internet user selects the “load to card” or “load to badge” shipment method, they can choose to load their season ticket onto a card/badge or print the tickets using print@home. However, after the first ticket was printed or loaded, they could not change the ticket support. By authorizing later ticket support changes in the ticketshop, users will be able to:

  • Reprint their ticket using print@home, if they lose their card.
  • Change the beneficiary’s information, print the ticket using print@home and give it to a friend.
