Advantages for resale tickets on the single portal

Do you want to apply promotions to both primary and secondary tickets? We have now expanded our powerful marketing tool to include resale tickets, seamlessly integrated into the single portal. This enhancement allows organizers to apply special promotions to both primary, secondary tickets or both.

Solution

The scope of the regular advantage (used for primary) has been expanded to include resale tickets. It is now possible to defined whether an advantage applies to primary sales, secondary sales or both.

Support for all advantage types: This functionality works with all existing advantage types (Single Use, Contacts, Public, Indicator, Partner, Structure).

Getting started

Configuration

A new option has been added to the Advantage configuration to define its scope. You can now select one of two options:

Sales only: The advantage will only apply to primary tickets.
Sales from resale only: The advantage will only apply to secondary tickets on the single portal.
Sales and resales: The advantage will apply to both primary and resale tickets on the single portal.
