Optimized seat map UX for mobile

Advanced seat pricing

UPCOMING Are you running ultra-high demand events and need to manage prices at a more granular level that seat categories? Or maybe need more flexibility than what is easily done using seat categories? The advanced seat pricing tool allows you to override the standard rate table price for each seat directly from the seat map.

More flexibility in defining who can put ticket on resale

UPCOMING Operating resales and want to make it even easier to post tickets on your platform? You can now define separately who can post tickets on resale beyond the owner of the ticket.

Ticket protection for ticket exchange

UPCOMING Do you want to extend your ticket protection offering? You can now offer ticket protect during an exchange from the back-office/box-office.

Tariff recommendations and change of tariff from the cart

UPCOMING Your catalogue offers membership prices or advantages with special tariffs? Just before the checkout, the system will automatically detect offers that could have been applied by the customer and make a recommendation to change the tariff. The customer will be able to accept the change or manually adjust the tariff on his own.

E-Invoicing for France

UPCOMING Is your organization ready for mandatory French B2B e‑invoicing? Starting in September 2026 for large enterprises and mid‑sized companies, and in 2027 for all other businesses, France will require B2B invoices to be exchanged electronically through an approved and standardized framework. Our integration with a Plateforme Agréée (PDP) will allow you to comply with the new standards for your B2B sales.

Minor improvements

RELEASED IN V2.1 Enable adding new languages in PeakProtect waiting room

By replacing the hard-coded language-specific HTML files with a single dynamic template, any new language can now be added directly through the waiting page editor in PKP in the same way as before, but without requiring any new deployment, making it instantanous and self-service.

RELEASED IN V2.1 Bank Card Payment: MOTO and TPE Identification

Bank card payment methods can be used via both MOTO (remote) and TPE (terminal). The system now automatically identifies MOTO methods by their M_ code prefix, so transactions can now easily be distinguished. You can separate them by code and name, making it easy to identify which payment flow was used. (Note: This feature is controlled by the BANK_CARD_MOTO_TPE_SPLIT_BY_CODE feature flag)

RELEASED IN V2.1 Ticket Protection for back-office and box-office exchange

Ticket protection is now available during exchanges in back-office and box-office, offering a seamless and consistent experience for organizers and customers. The system automatically calculates any difference in ticket protection price between the original and exchanged tickets, and when the new ticket has a higher protection price, customers are given the choice to opt in or out. If there is no extra cost to the ticket protection, the protection will automatically be transferred to the new ticket.
