Enhanced B2B distribution dashboard
RELEASED IN V2.1 Managing ticket distributions for large-scale events? We are introducing a some UI/UX upgrade to the distribution dashboard, providing sponsors and commercial partners with more flexibility and clearer insights during the allocation process.
Solution
The following enhancements are now available to streamline the distribution process:
Multi-match selection: A new checkbox system with a dynamic sticky bar allows for combined file exports across multiple performances (within the same product).
Absolute metrics visibility: Usage charts now display absolute ticket counts alongside percentages for better interpretation of low-volume matches.
Cart summary insights: The distribution cart now shows a detailed breakdown of total matches and tickets assigned per contact.
Relay contact prioritization: Allows the system to automatically prioritize relay contacts over individual contacts when they share the same email address.
This feature is fully optimized for the Evolution theme (Theme 1.5).
Get started
All improvements are available with no additional configuration in the distribution cart and dashboard, except for the relay contact prioritization. To activate the contact prioritization, use the following configuration:
Config key: PrioritizeDistributionToRelayContactOverIndividual
true: When two contacts share the same email, the system assigns the ticket to the relay contact.
false (Default): When two contacts share the same email, the system assigns the ticket to the individual contact.
In either case, if there is only one contact with that email, the system assigns the ticket to that contact, regardless whether it is a relay or an individual contact.
