First step must be done by service team to activate the feature in your environment.

Then you will have to change you acknowledge reception document.

Customer Back Office, Add the PayByLink Document type

Search in Institution - Document Types

Just download the std template and reload the template to have the document.

Activate the PayByLink feature in the point of sales

In the “Payment Modes” TAB, select “Use Pay by link” = YES

In the “General” TAB, in the Epc Shop ID, fill with the ECOM ePC ID

DO NOT USE THE MOTO ePC id.

During the sale process, use the E-Ticket Mode for de delivery.

Use Bank card as payment method

Any no-immediate delivery method can be used with Pay by link.

This feature is open for S-Pay users not to other payment service provider.

On the same point of sales, is it possible to use credit card (TPE) and credit card (pay-by-link) ?

No. Like MOTO, it’s necessary to have two separate sales channels – one configured for PayByLink and another configured for terminal payments.

On the same desktop / same workstation (with all hardware connected), is it possible to switch from a point of sales "box office with TPE" to a point of sales "back-office with pay-by-link" ? Is the system understand how to direct the payment?

Yes. It’s not possible to use both on the same point of sale. However, if two points of sale are configured—one with the sales channel for PayByLink and the other with the sales channel for proximity, it will work, and the operator has to switch between point of sales depending of the type of payment (just like it currently does for MOTO).

Do we need to configure a specific payment mode (credit card pay by link)?

No. PayByLink is payment by credit card (like MOTO).

When does a Pay By Link expire?

This is a configuration setting in the back end. You can decide how long it's valid for.

By default it is set to 30 days. To change the setting, please open a service ticket.

The expiration setting we advise are in hour 4, 9, 18 or 36 (we do not advise 24 hours) because this time we be multiplied to update the progress status of the concerned file.
