A more flexible way to define the maximum lifetime of the cart

Until now, the maximum lifetime of a cart could only be defined at sales channel level. This new feature provides you the possibility to override this default value at product level, meaning that you can let your internet users more time to buy a season ticket for example.

Allow ticket marketplace resale in multi-currency setup

Previously, the resale platform allows to resale tickets on two different modes : Ticket marketplace and Seat Release (described in the page Allow tariff selection on the resale platform). Ticket Marketplace mode is now available for institutions having the multi-currency feature active, allowing customer to set a resale price within a pre-defined range and make it purchasable across all the resale point of sales, no matter the currency.

Cross-selling depending on season-ticket content

Currently, you can define cross-selling products for a given season ticket. However, the proposed products didn't depend on the actual events selected within the season ticket. Thanks to this new feature, you can define a cross-selling that varies dynamically according to the season ticket content.

Offer services and cancellation insurance as a post-selling option

BRV1.9 S-360 comes with a new post-selling option that will allow your customers to purchase services or cancellation insurance for previous orders.

Shipment mode toggle in distribution process

During the distribution process, users may want to control when ticket are available on the phones of the recipient or on the contrary want to defer the injection to the phone of tickets they have not yet distributed. Allowing users to easily move tickets from one shipment mode to another makes it much easier for them to control when tickets are made available.
