Offer services and cancellation insurance as a post-selling option
BRV1.9 S-360 comes with a new post-selling option that will allow your customers to purchase services or cancellation insurance for previous orders.
Solution
Cancellation insurance and service now appears in Post-selling section with the following behaviors:
The amount of the cancellation insurance proposed to user is calculated based on the amount of all eligible Orders of the file (including this new Order and existing Orders)
The purchase will be processed on a new created Order
Cancellation insurance in post-selling is not always visible to user, it may not be proposed if:
All orders of the current files are already insured
Cancellation insurance is not authorized for the Products present in the orders (according to Cancellation Insurance configuration at back office)

Set-up the post-selling proposition
When creating new cross-selling profiles or updating an existing one, you'll find a new parameter "Post selling location" offering three different options : After closing order, File details, Both places

Limitations
In multi-currency setup, it won't be possible to add a cancellation insurance or a service when the currency of the file differs from the currency supported by the sales channel.
