UEFA specificities

Based on the operational experience of 2015 club finals and on the feedback from users during revenue collection, Dufour V3 brings a varied set of improvements to the product, enabling the enrichment of the functions present in the previous versions, such as:

  • Sales/B2B query ("group sales") - Various improvements to refine the process and facilitate the work of operators during a tournament.
  • Lottery for fans- Completion of portals for end of year sales intended for fans.
  • Pre-placement and placement- Various improvements after experience during the finals.
  • B2B prospection in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (for hospitality teams) - improvements of visible data in the CRM and enhanced follow-up of prospection activities per structure.
  • Distribution on seating plan for sponsors- see among others Pro area: ticket distribution on plan and improved ergonomics
