Schedule guides before selling

Operators are now able to schedule guides for visit passes before the slot is actually sold.

When the slot is sold, the guide of the timeslot will automatically be assigned to the group.

Guides can also be unassigned from a slot by clicking on the icon in the guide list on the right.
