Tours and Artists

For an artist or group of artists, having a series of concerts, in different cities, countries or locations, new concepts of Tour and Artist are introduced in Gabelhorn V1.

Main workflow:

• Configuration: 
  • New possibility to configure Artists.
  • New possibility to configure Tours of an Artist.
  • Define the events or passes belonging to a Tour, with filter by Artist.
  • Define the way to display Tours in the Landing Page through Page Section.
• Online Sale: 
  • Tour is displayed on Landing Page
  • New Tour Page - give internet user an overview of the Tour and easily pick a suitable date to buy tickets

Configuration

A new menu "Artists" is available in the contact module allowing the organization to create Artists:

A new menu "Tour" is available in the Catalogue module allowing the organization to create Tours for their artists.

And then, the organization creates an event and links this event to the Tour. Tour selection is made easier through the Artist filter.

Define how Tours are displayed on Landing Page of the sales channel:

Online Sale

Tours are displayed on the landing page based on how they were configured (see above).

Opening a Tour, all shows are displayed, and filters are available to let the user easily find and buy the right tickets.
